Can you really move me the same day?
Most days, yes, if you book before 11am. Send a photo of what needs moving on WhatsApp and we'll tell you straight away whether a van is free today.
Are my things insured while they're in the van?
Yes, every job is covered by goods-in-transit insurance up to £10,000. We wrap furniture in proper blankets and strap it down, not just shoved in the back.
Will I get charged extra for stairs or a long carry?
No. When you send us the details on WhatsApp we ask about stairs, parking and access, and the price we quote already accounts for it. What we quote is what you pay.
How big a van do you have, and how much fits in it?
Our long-wheelbase van fits a full three-bed house move across two runs, or a one-bed flat in a single load. Tell us what you're moving and we'll tell you exactly what it takes.
